I have a extended van, so the wheel base is aroung 117, but the problem, is
that with towing enhancements, I think the limit is 3000 lbs, and this
trailer is 3200 dry, so I think it is a mute point...but thanks for the info
I learn a little thing new each day I look at these things.... I am not
looking for anything bigger than 20 ft. Unless it is self powered.

I don't know what "minivan" you have but before you get a trailer you should
be aware
of this basic rule of thumb for trailer handling in addition to the towing
weight capacity.
Also remember that passengers and whatever load is in your minivan should be
deducted
from the towing capacity.

*For the first 110" of wheelbase, this allows you 20' of trailer.
For each additional 4" of wheelbase, this gets you 1' more of trailer.*
