I had a tree limb fall on my AS and tried to get repair estimates by submitting pics with no luck and ended up having to tow it 90 miles to the closest repair facility.  You would think that photos would be sufficient, but I couldn't get anyone to give me an estimate that way and I only needed two aluminum panels needing to be repaced.  Good luck!
