Steve,

You can call Dometic customer service at 1-800-544-4881. Be sure to have
not only the model number but the serial number as well when you call.

Now as to the Climate Control switch. All that does in turn on/off a
heat strip in at the door seal. It is intended to keep frost from
building up in high humidity environments.

In 7 years we've never felt the need to turn it on.

If I were the suspicious sort I would suspect the previous owner
disconnected the wires to keep the circuit from being turned on
accidentally. The current draw for the refer almost doubles with it on.
