Hunter, I hate to say this, but by the type of warranty services that were performed in the past, it appears that perhaps the previous owner was not into maintenance. It looks like they were not real into oil changes etc. which would explain why they had three bad injectors which needed replacement. One thing that will come out of this girl, is that you get to start with a brand new engine, and with proper maintenance, should not have this kind of issues in future. These 6L engines absolutely must have oil changes and coolant fluid changes. If you can figure a place to put them, a bypass oil filtration system and a coolant filtration system are very helpful. I have both on my truck, with the coolant filter right beside the passenger side battery, and the bypass oil filters on the passenger side frame rail beneath the passenger seat. I can send you some pictures of another persons installation of both right under the hood, but he was very creative. I am thinking of becoming as creative to neaten up my engine compartment. I wish you all the luck in the world with that new engine, and I think you are being exactly cautious enough, breaking it in a bit prior to towing with it. I think Ford suggests 500 miles, but I went about 200. My "Airstream" trailer though is probably only half the weight of your "Airstream". Please remember to ALWAYS use tow haul when pulling your trailer.
