RE: [A/S] Happy to Help Hunter!

Hunter,

As I mentioned to you previously, do not be hesitant at bringing the repair
back to correct a problem - major or minor.

The mechanic who did the repair (installed the new engine) is (was) paid on
a piecework basis, and is responsible to the dealership (or garage) to do
the job right. If there is any problem, he has to correct it on his own
time. Thus, there is no skin off the shop's nose to perform any necessary
rework.

Make sure that the service writer knows that you know this; and that you
will bring your truck back, as often as is necessary, until the work is
satisfactory.

Oliver
