Now about cold and damp in Austin. Didn't I tell you the only really
warm place in TX is the valley? Talked to my brother in College Station
earlier this afternoon and he already told me the weather was too raw.
Of course in the valley your intruder might not be four-legged...might
not have any legs at all (always look at the bright side).

Hopefully this is the last bad luck you have.
