Years ago while I was practicing Law in a small town in N.C. I came to the office one morning to find two of my "regular" clients sitting on the steps outside my office. They were holding a liquor bottle, and informed me that they had detected a mouse in the bottom while it was still sealed. I looked at the bottle and noticed that it was now unsealed and empty save for a mouse in the bottom. When I asked why they had unsealed the bottle they replied that they had waited a long time for me to come and saw no reason to let good liquor go to waste. Needless to say I told them they had no case and I hoped they enjoyed the booze. I told them to find another bottle sealed with a mouse inside and we would sue the pants off Jack Daniels. They said they would begin looking immediately!
