Hunter,
thanks for posting the link, great photos and information... That is
almost exactly the same as what I'm planning to do.

My trailer being the Ambassador International/twin beds in the middle,
bath in rear, is probably aboput three feet longer than yours, (if I
remember correctly, , your trailer is the Tradewind or what current
model replaced the Tradewind) meaning 25 feet vs the Ambassador being 28
feet. The kitchen location in my trailer appears to be the same as in
your trailer, between the door and the axles on the curb side...

I point this length difference out as my Ambassador has what would
appear to be a couple more feet of kitchen counter length than your
photographs show. This Ambassador kitchen counter measures 74" inches
from the bulkhead at the foot of the bed to the end by the door
including a 8-1/2" flip up extension in the doorway. The sink is close
to being centered in this counter with the 4 burner Magic Chef cooktop
and oven sandwiched into a 22" space between the sink and the bulkhead
of the sleeping area to the right side of the sink. It makes the right
two burners of the cook top very difficult to use...

My intent is to do as you have and put a two burner cook top to the left
of the sink. At that point I intend to purchase either a countertop
convection oven or possibly a Nuwave oven for my infrequent needs of an
oven.

You commented about changing cook tops recently to one with a large
burner in the front. I looked at the cook top the link you posted led
me to, however the photo on the web site shows a cook top with the
larger burner in the back... Can you clarify please? Maybe this newer
cook top is convertible or they have posted the wrong photograph on this
web site?
