I have a technique I use with substantial success. I NEVER buy this years
model. I use the internet and shop far and wide for new leftover last years
models still on dealer's lot. Then I am a completely unreasonable grumpy
old bastard to deal with. My last two purchases:
In June 2005 I bought a new 2004 Nissan Titan 4X4, utility bed, tow
package. MSRP $31,340,
I paid $23,975 plus TTL
In October 2009 I bought a new 2008 Subaru Legacy GT Spec B (a very rare
car). MSRP (with dealer options) $36,400, I paid $27,400 plus TTL
