Hunter:
So I don't suppose they offered you a further discount for any of their services based on your inconvenience factor?
So sorry to hear about your continued saga. At least you are rising above it.
My best to you in 2012 and may the camping gods start granting you a few miracles. You certainly deserve them.

Subject: [A/S] Update on Hunter's Trailer
Hi Gang,
Well, the dogs and I are still camping out at the nice hotel in Buda,
one exit from Camper Clinic. I go see my trailer every day, and get
stuff I realize I need out of it....
The hardest part is not having my Tivo.... I can't freeze the TV, or
tape a show and watch a show..... Not sure what I'll do tonight when
Castle is on against Hawaii 50.
This morning I stopped by to see much of the trailer on the floor of the
shop.... all my water lines with large holes chewed into them. My fresh
tank, my bedroom... the soaked carpet from under the bed. There's no
carpet at all left in the trailer.
The guy working on it was funny..... I said you're in here in the dark,
he said let me get a flashlight... I said just turn the light on...
which I did only it didn't light.
He immediately said he was going to look for the breaker box, I flipped
up the cabinet door and threw the breaker on..... he cracked up. I said,
"I thought you worked here..."
Then he tried to tell me not to worry about the plywood because its
"marine plywood"
No it isn't I said...... LOL, I'm on the AirstreamList... I know stuff <g>
I ran to Home Depot and got vinyl flooring to put under the bed and
dropped it off.
I came back to my room, had a little shower and sat down to watch
General Hospital when my phone rang..... it was the lady from Camper
Clinic and wanted me to back over... because my trailer had been crashed
in an accident!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I got there in record time and everyone standing string at the back
street side....... I came around the corner and it was crashed pretty
good..... its the rounded back panel and the while bumper frame drawer
area....
One of the guys was working under a golf cart and somehow threw it in
gear and it dragged him, at full speed into the back of my trailer......
the guy is a bit sore but will be okay.
The trailer was knocked off the jacks that had the wheels about 5" off
the ground and set down about 2 feet over from where it had been.
<sigh> So.... the water problem with be fixed on Tuesday..... I'll
leave and go back up to Georgetown and next week will have to bring the
trailer back after a HOT rally for a few days. The good news is I can
live in it at Camper Clinic while they repair the crash......
The fun never ends.... I will say I think everyone was relieved that I
didn't play the Queen of Heats and chop off their heads. For some reason
all this is starting to strike me funny.
Hunter
