Not sure what you are asking but it sounds like you are looking at a lot of
work and a fair amount of money. I did one like this about 10 years ago and
had about 8K into it. The last one I did was supposedly in better shape but
I have around 14K in it, although I will say it includes such things as
granite, cherry wood, leather, memory foam and other high end upgrades.
Does sound like a great project though.
