Thanks for the reply. The work I enjoy and the money could be spent on a new trailer that depreciates. I want to upgrade the interior. but also use original in place bath and cabinets. Do you think the resale would suffer or benefit from modernizing the interior.

Not sure what you are asking but it sounds like you are looking at a lot of
work and a fair amount of money. I did one like this about 10 years ago and
had about 8K into it. The last one I did was supposedly in better shape but
I have around 14K in it, although I will say it includes such things as
granite, cherry wood, leather, memory foam and other high end upgrades.
Does sound like a great project though.
