Does anyone have experience removing a rear queen bed? I have a "99 30' Excella and want to remove the carpet so I can epoxy paint the floor in the storage area. I don't see any attachment points for the bed to the floor.
Thanks,

Hi Tim,
I have a 2000 28' Excella with a rear queen bed (side ways). But it maybe built the same way. If you pull the drawers all the way out there should be a ¾" square cleat screwed to the floor. And there should be a couple of others scattered around the inside edge of the box. It will also be screwed to the cabinets on each side. I plan to eventually remove the bedroom carpet and replace it with cork flooring even under the bed.
Good luck with your project,
Tony
