This is sure getting to be one long thread about mice. I just must add,
though: Please, think long and hard about poison. If you live in an area
where another, innocent creature, can get to the poisoned, but, not yet dead
mouse. It, too will be poisoned. Could be a dog or cat or a wild animal,
such as a hawk, owl or eagle or even a coyote or bobcat. I would hate to
cause the suffering of another animal, or more, as the poison goes up the
food chain.

I can't decide which is more offensive, odor wise, Bounce or mice. I went
over my 30' Argosy inch by inch and sealed every possible entry point with a
patch, Great Stuff or 1/8" hardware cloth, effectively trapping every one of
those little suckers inside. Then I cleaned out their stashes and got all of
the food out and used live traps to catch the stowaways. After about a week
I had them all and released them down the road behind the RV park on the
notion that they would find new digs
