Go to Airstream.com under New Store and Maintenance and you will find what they are using on the new tramilers (Acryl-R) it will wick between the overlap seam It is not any easier to apply with the pump I got. It just isn't good for a constant pressure on the flow from the can.

No indeed, stick with the recommended product... it is formulated to flex and adhere with the aluminum...

Is vulcum (sp) the only caulk/sealer to user on the AS or will any good polyurethane work just as well?
