[A/S] Cape Hattera National Seashore Park

I have been hearing disturbing things about the Cape Hatteras National Seashore Park. Friends tell me that it is getting VERY STUPID with requirements that you walk the beach IN the water or no higher than the wave line, no fishing in most areas, etc. Has anyone else heard this or other info about new requirements. It USED TO BE a great place for families and others in the summer. Thanks, Ed Thompson
