There is Del. seashore state park on Rt. 1, My wife have plans to camp there over the Memorial Day holiday. There are other campgrounds in the area. one of our favoriet is Trap Pond  state Park that is about 30 miles inland of the ocean. you can go on the web on De.campgrounds and find them all. and you can do the same with Md.  We also enjoy tall Pines Harbor on the Eastren Shoer of Va.  Cheap ?  not much cheap around here.
