Anne,
Are you sure that your tanks are not covered with a heavy steel enclosure that hangs down beneath the underbelly? I think there is some confusion whether you are seeing the weep hole at the corner of the steel enclosure vs your tanks (plastic) being totally exposed underneath and that you have actually found a hole in the exposed tank. Dave S seems to be going on the same belief that your tanks are indeed enclosed (but they do hang below the rest of the underbelly).
