I replaced the failing shroud on our '02 Bambi Penguin 13.5K Heat Pump with the following:

I was very please with the fit and finish and it is competitively priced. The plastic used in this replacement shroud is completely different the the Dometic version and it carries a limited lifetime warranty. At the moment, they do NOT offer a specific version for the Penguin 15K Heat Pump and I am needing to replace the failing one on our 34fter (new 15K HP was installed about 5 years ago). As the only difference between the two shrouds is that the 15K HP has a series of exhaust holes on the roadside portion of the shroud. I am considering ordering the 13.5K version and drilling the holes before installation. The Dometic version uses a series of slightly varying hole size but that seems to be more for aesthetics than functionality.
