I've had problems with my 25' trailer in some campgrounds....... some of
the older campgrounds were built when 7.5' wide canned hams were the norm.
They were mostly pulled by cars......
My rig is 48' long, and 8.5 feet wide. The room I need to swing the
truck. to back into narrow little spots isn't available in some
campgrounds, especially in Minnesota and Wisconsin...... heck, even the
Airstream park in New Jersey was a challenge because of trees close to
the road.
