Ray - I'm told that a slide on any RV requires that the trailer be as close to perfectly level as possible, and that if not level you will have real problems deploying the slide as well as bringing it back in. And Hunter is right - the stabilizers HAVE to be put down to . . . . stabilize & help to hold the weight. Good luck.
