Sounds like they may have partially kinked the fill line or crimped the vent line as both are a fairly flexible plastic material. Either will result in very slow fillups. The more likely is the vent tube due to its small diameter. Can you see the backside (ie looking thru a cabinet). If so, look to see if anything looks kinked.
