[A/S] Repair RV AC TAC-110-1

I am finally getting around to fixing the air conditioning on our 69' overlander land yacht 27' center twin. It is an Armstrong tac-110-1 with a homemade cover (that is not going back on). I have removed the 10 wasp nests and need to give it a good cleaning. I don't have a thermostat on the inside so what /where should I get?

Here is what it is doing or not:
Red/green wire: electrical hum and clicking
Red/brown : compressor starts up (rattling in the video is my screwdriver in the roof before I picked it up)
Red/black: electrical clicking
Fan will rotate in both directions inside and out when manually spun (does not turn in its own ).
Where do I start? I have more photos if needed.

I do not have electrical experience besides connecting wires and plugging things in but am willing to try! There have been plenty of things on the trailer that I did not know how to do, but now I do!

Michelle, did you ever find any solution to this issue. We have the exact some model AC on our '69 Trade Wind and I am having the same problem. I can get the compressor to work but not the fan to turn. Thanks for any help.
