We had a time getting a harness 1 to fit -- think there is a difference between dog & cat harnesses. Got ours at a "real" pet store that is owned by a vet clinic here (had to pay more but it was worth it because they can wiggle out or get their paws caught in it which were problems with the 1's from Walmart)
