Yes, if it is the normal Zip Dee awning that is on Airstreams, then parts are available directly from Zip Dee. I bought the exact part several years ago, and the price was not too bad at the time, and Zip Dee were wonderful to deal with. They know what they have in awnings and as long as you can measure yours, they can help you fix it. As far as used, I doubt it, as that part is what goes on just about all of them. There is quite a procedure to winding the awning in so that it will retract, after replacing the spring. It is likely either the spring that broke, or the attachment from one end. There is not actually a rod that goes the length of the awning. Here is a PDF availability that you can download and look at. Take the first one that says "case, fabric and roller arm components"
