Were you watching it at the MOMENT the compressor stalled. That is the voltage that counts. If the park post power is measuring 120V and you are getting 116V the problem could be a poor connection somewhere along the way. You should NOT be dropping 4 volts between the park post and the trailer wall plug.

The most common point for a bad connection is the actual connection to the park post. Those 30 amp receptacles get a lot of use and wear out far more quickly than park managers want to admit. YES, when he sticks the probes into the openings and measures he will get the full 120V, but when you plug your 30 amp plug in it may NOT make a great connection and as the load from your AC hits it, it starts to heat up and build resistance which leads to a voltage sag. Do you have access to another 30 amp post nearby. Also what about getting a 50amp to 30 amp convertor pigtail as I mentioned.

It could also be that the breaker in the fuse panel needs to be pulled and reseated. I have on occasion seen these develop poor connections, but a quick reseating of the breaker usually clears that issue.
