We have a Precision Twin Temp in our 68 Airstream and we like it a
lot....however, it has not been without issues. And they are great with
their service. The one unit is both a water heater and a furnace. It works
on propane so you can have heat without being hooked up. They are pricey
but efficient.

I had a Precision Temp in my Airstream American Legend and absolutely loved
it. I had it for twelve years. They are pricey, but everyone at the
factory is extremely helpful if you have a problem. They will send parts
and then talk you through the installation. I had to replace a board and
was able to do it myself as I was talked through the steps. As I said
before, I loved it and wish I still had it. Precision Temp is in
Cincinnati, OH. That is the only brand about which I have any knowledge.
