[A/S] sealing seams

You should run a piece of painters tape along the lower edge of each
seam to contain the sealant - about an 1/8 of an inch away from the
seam. That way you get a nice edge. Let the sealant set up, but not
too long. Others may have more info on how long you wait until you
pull the tape off.
