[A/S] 12v fans for interior cooling

Does anyone have a recommendation for 12v fans that can work off the cigarette plugs and move air inside the Airstream? I've been using the black plastic oscillating ones but they don't seem to last more than a couple of months before the bearings give out and it's all screech and howl. I looked on Amazon but just about every fan had it's own horror story. Current draw is also a concern as I prepare to get solar installed, maybe.
