[A/S] Hitch again

Yesterday morning while hitching up the trailer the Hensley hitch didn't look right. So I called their service number and they said it needed to be looked at. So I drove the 450 miles to Romeo, Michigan where the Hensley factory is located. We dry camped next to the building and first thing this morning they removed, rebuilt and reinstalled the hitch. It had one broken bearing race and two bent pivot arms. I payed $75 to have them remove and reinstall it. Took about one and a half hours. Parts and labor were covered by their life time warrantee. The hitch is about nine and one half years old with about 125,000 miles on it. It held together and worked correctly even in that damaged state. Bottom line, I guess you get what you pay for.
