Thanks, Steve. I've heard great things about their customer service. I now have three of their ceiling fans in the Airstream, but only use two as I'm going down the road (the two with Max-Air covers). It helps keep the air circulating, but I need something more for when I am trying to sleep and don't want to use the AC (or can't).
