Hi Anne, I crawl around on my roof all the time, they are being wimps.
You should probably figure out what the freezer and the fans will use
for amp hours. The freezer, I suspect, is going to use a lot. It may
be that you can't sensibly provide enough batteries to keep it going for
very long and will have to use the generator anyway.
