My Magnetec had huge wire screws full of wax connecting it to the wires from the battery busbar. Which doesn't surprise me - it wasn't screwed down either.

So when I install my new Progressive 9200 I should put in another busbar, right??

No, the Magnatec and the Progressive Dynamics 9200 are converters (not inverters) so 8 gauge wire (keep it short) should be fine. I prefer crimped ring terminals where possible but the twist on caps are okay. A converter will never deliver more then its rated power (60 amps I think for the 9200) but my inverter often pulls more than 150 amps out of the batters and thus the 00 cable. If your trailer is similar to mine you have a ground buss that ties a bunch of stuff together and connects it to trailer ground and a +12 volt buss that connects a bunch of stuff (that have inline fuses) to the batteries. I don't think you will need to add any more. However, some smaller rigs (like Bambis and B-vans) may have a version of the Magnated with the AC breaker panel and 12 volt fuses built in. This is a much harder installation and maybe you should seek help if it's one of those.
