Greetings, My water pump is still a frustration to me!! I've spent almost $200. on pumps and labor. The new Shur-Flo spits and sputters--and leaks!! On Sunday I filled the five gallon water tank and spent (seemingly) several hours trying to resolve the leak. I don't know whether I read it somewhere--or if I subconsciously **knew**--but I finally elevated the pump above the water level. (Why didn't the RV repair man do that??) The hose stopped leaking. However, now there is air in the line so it is spitting and sputtering. ~~ It seems to me that I've had "too many" problems with accessories on this trip. First: Oversold on the benefits of new battery ($300. total expense), and, second, water pump repair (almost $200. expense). Gullible old lady?!?!?!
