Surge protectors can be used ANYWHERE, ANYTIME you have power.
If I had a surge protector, I would hard wire it into the trailer.
That way the protector is working all the time.

I just recently bought a 30A surge protector at Camping World. Can a surge protector be used when you are plugged into a 120 outlet either at home or at a storage facility?DebbieT@B #3372

Sure--you will need an inexpensive adapter, which you can get at Lowe's or Menards. Look in the *Electrical photo album for an example "Shore power adapter "--bottom of first page. The cable you have for the T@B has a 30A plug on it, but you don't need that much current for the T@B.Jerry J----- Original Message -----From: chucktown110Sent: Saturday, November 27, 2010 7:19 PMSubject: [tabtrailers] 120 power
Can I plug my T@B in at home? Thanks!!
