Hi Dan; From what I understand from researching S.S. construction,the bodys were attached to the floor and parts of the frame, and everything that is on the inside of the trailer was carried through the entrance way. I think A.S. put some things on the inside and built the trailer body around them? Not sure about that but think I'm partially right. The only wood inside the S.S. is the floor and bed frame and cabinet doors. The walls and cabinets etc. are all alluminum. This trailer comes in way under 3000 lbs. G.P.
