Dubai sets a new world record as the highest restaurant in the world opens in Burj Khalifa which holds the title of being the tallest building in the world.

The restaurant named At.mosphere is at the 122^nd floor of the highest building. To describe it more accurately, guests will be dining 442 meters above the ground. And to exaggerate that, you will be enjoying the best cuisine from a place where other buildings in the area look very far and very short.

At.mosphere can host more than 210 clients and features a spacious receiving area, main dining floor, cooking stations, and private dining areas. The restaurant was carefully designed to provide the best dining experience to its guests placing utmost care in providing an elegant environment, best customer service, and excellent food.

Those who want to dine at At.mospere will have to take the express lifts at the lobby of the Corporate Suites, get off at Level 123, and take the stairs leading to the lobby of the restaurant. Enjoy the view of the city while waiting for a table.

Domodedovo Airport in Moscow was attacked by a suspected male suicide bomber who walked into the busiest airport in Moscow, Monday leaving 35 people dead and around 180 wounded as of this writing.

Bodies were all over the place as the smoke begun to clear after the mid-afternoon terror attack in the Moscow airport. The blast sprayed ball bearings, screws, and other shrapnel materials to workers and passengers in the vicinity considered as a loosely guarded sector of Domodedovo.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev ordered tightening of secury at the other commercial airports in Moscow and other vital facilities. The president also postponed his trip to Davos in Switzerland where world leaders are having a business meet. Prime Minister Vladimir Putin ordered health workers to take care of the victims of the blast.

Authorities are workign on identifying the bomber who was allegedly wearing the explosives around his waist just like a belt. A news bureau in Moscow said that the head of the bomber was recovered.

The explosion occurred around 1332 GMT. Monday and no one has claimed responsibility for the attack. Previously Chechen militants claimed the subway bombings llast March 2010 where 40 people were killed and 100 were wounded.

This latest terror attack in Russia puts in question the ability of the country to safely play host to international sports meets like the 2018 World Cup and the 2014 Winter Olympics. Domodedovo Airport was also attacked back in 2004 by suicide bombers killing 90 people and blowing up two airplanes.

The international community has condemned the attacks. US President Barack Obama calls it an outrageous act of terrorism. Obama also offered assistance to Russian if ever needed.
