[tabtrailers] Re: tongue box

If you had contacted us before your friend cut out the back of your new tongue box - I'd have suggested exchanging it for a larger size or exchanging your 20 lb LP tank for a 10 lb one to keep your new box in tact. Now that you have no back to the box, you should drill some holes in the floor to let the rain water escape - remember the rain runs right down the front of the T@B and onto the box. If you have a marine battery box, you might want to put some tape over the back vent holes as well as drilling a few drain holes in it the bottom of the battery box to keep water from pooling around your battery.

By cutting the back out of the box, you've lost the dry storage area you wanted.
