I have a black water tank that sits on the floor that I installed. I
built a plywood encasement around it and the stool sits on the plywood
and connects to the tank. I built sides with supports that would hold
the top piece of wood and it is holding up well. As an FYI the older
Airstreams used this placement as a normal way to install a black
water tank. My 61 came from the factory this way.
Hope this helps
