Re: [tabtrailers] Re: Meals for the Mammoth Cave Caravan??

Just a note on meals at the cave
There is a cave tour (Like 4 hours) complete with a meal IN the cave at the resturant... YES, that was so cool... no really ir was COOL, like 54'to60' degrees.

Check it out as you have to order it up. That really was an intersting tour and you get like 2 or 3 tours on "THAT" tour, that's why it's so long...
Take your jackets
Here's some facts

Mornin' Eileen...

Last year, our Caravan traveled so well together because of several factors...

1) traveling on the Blue Ridge Parkway & Skyline Drive at 45 mph
2) starting out with 6 and dropping to 5 T@Bs on Tuesday
3) taking turns leading and bringing up the rear
4) being flexible in terms of stopping for stretch breaks and giving T@B Tours (LOL)
5) planning meals as we went

This year we'll be on the Parkway again and then in the Smokies. But instead of 5/6 T@Bs, this year we'll start out with 10 (T@Bs & T@DAs, pick up Gid & Terry in Townsend and then lose a couple along the way as they head out to different destinations. This has forced us to make a few reservations ahead of time that we didn't worry about last year.

I can't wait for the rally and to hit the road with the gypsy caravan! It's going to be awesome!!

See you soon!
