[A/S] Airstream slide-outs

Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on the slide-outs that Airstream made back in 2004? I checked the website for specs but it only had the 28' coach, and the one I may be looking at is supposed to be a 30' . Anyone want to save me a trip? :-) I like the idea of the extra room if I am at a campsite with electricity, but I worry I will be stuck trying to hand-crank it in during a windstorm sometime. But I worry too much.
