I have done it and it was not fun, but you CAN do it. Just remove the lower interior panels from the shell and the bottom of the frame bolts down through the Floor to the Frame below. Remove those bolts and the old floor will slide right out from under the frame. Replace with AB Tongue and Groove Marine Grade plywood and re-install the interior.
