John, if it works fine when plugged into the AC voltage, that means the converter is working OK. It is what supplies 12V to recharge the battery, and to supply 12V to the 12V circuits when your battery is not connected. Check your fuses. In the American brand power center with the CS3000 converter, it is the 30A fuse. Also, check to make sure your battery connections are tight and not reversed--black lead to the ground terminal (-) and the red one to the + terminal. There is a circuit breaker in the + lead or--in the older TABs, like mine-- in a terminal box under the front side of the trailer behind the plastic battery/propane cover. Those connections from there through the 30A fuse are all that keep the voltage from reaching the 12V distribution buss that the converter feeds. I presume your battery had been left on a battery charger/maintainer over the winter.

Had the battery in the garage over the winter. Checked voltage, which measured 12.7. When hooking up the battery to the T@B I got no lights, radio or anything electrical.
When plugging in T@B to house current (110 Volt), everything works fine. Any ideas why there is no electrical connection when running from battery alone? Would this be a converter problem?
Thanks for your input.
