[A/S] Amazing remodel: '69 Tradewind in Oregon

Hi everyone. I very rarely post, but read the digest religiously. Today I have something to share.

My friend Mona H and her husband rescued a 1969 Airstream Tradewind in terrible condition after a flood. It had actually floated down the road in the floodwaters, then left virtually where it sat - nasty, moldy and rotten. ...until they decided to take on the adventure of totally gutting the old trailer & renovating it in "Mid-Century Modern" style. It's superb! They were selected for the 2011 Palm Springs "Modernism Week" exhibition, where they won the "People's Choice" award.

You've got to see it, it's really an amazing remodel. This link has the story of their project with `before' and `during' pics: http://www.pdxbuildesign.com/Buildesign,LLC/Airstream_Story.html. At this link you can see the photos of the gorgeous custom results: http://www.pdxbuildesign.com/Buildesign,LLC/Airstream.html. Definitely look at the photo slideshow on the second link. Enjoy!
