Daisy, you are right. This whole clearcoat thing makes me wonder about
a fiberglass SOB fifthwheel.

Just keep in mind, once the clear coat is off, you will have to go on
polishing forever, at least once a year, and that stripping the
clearcoat isn't much fun either.
