Wow Nancy, what a stroke of bad luck. I hope things go better for you. I just wanted to kick in about the roof vent. Of course Vintage Trailer Supply is the go to for replacements. But, as the other poster mentioned, if you have access to power, a Fantastic Fan would be great. I have three in my (non vintage) trailer. As I have solar panels and thereby power all of the time, I leave them open all of the time as mine have rain sensors that open and close them (reliably so far). I think it really helps the interior to keep it "cooled down" i the hot weather. I keep a number of windows cracked (I have the hehr windows with a smaller opening) to get the airflow through the trailer. No problems during storms but they are likely a different design that yours.
Again, I wish better luck for you in the future!
