Some time ago we talked about this in length ...
If you look at the short 6 inch arms that the break drums attach to they should have a little down angle when loaded.
They start out around 22.5 deg down tilt when jacked off the ground.
Never have any up tilt when on the ground with a full load.
The shock absorbers do nothing to carry the load only to smooth out the bumps.
