Anne,
" I get my internet by Verizon MiFi and also have a Droid for a phone. "
You might want to check the features on your Droid phone. When I checked
the Verizon website they say the Droid is Mobile Hotspot capable.
Mobile Hotspot uses your phone to connect the same as a MIFI. Using the
Hotspot they charge $20 per 2GB of data with no contract. Which in our
case turned out to be way more than we needed. Use it when you need it.
Turn it off when you settle for awhile.
Anyway, depending on where you are on your MIFI contract it might be to
your advantage to drop the MIFI and just have the phone do the job.
Oh, and when it's being used as a Hotspot it does not block regular
phone service etc.
