I have a leak in my water fill. I found the flex tube between outside fill and the tank to be split. I tried to remove the outside plate holding the fill inlet but it did not want to come off. What am I doing wrong. Also, is that flex tube 1 3/8? Wheee do I find it.
Thanks.

Hi Stan,
Don't know the vintage of your trailer but most A/S have the little lockable door thing for water fill. After you take out the 4 screws you need to cut the Vulcum (sp?) caulking… carefully slide a razor blade under the edge. Not sure of the size of that ribbed plastic tube but I've seen some at Lowes that looks just like it.
