The door on opur 66 Safari is sagging. After looking closely at it I realize the the hinge on the door side is wallowed out, allowing the door to get 'cock-eyed'. I figured I'd remove the door and drill/bush the hinge back to where it will accept the .250" hinge pin. The problem is I can 't get the pin to come out. I have removed the spiral pin so that isn't stopping it. I believe the hinge itself is cast aluminum and the pin is stainless. Possibly 45 years of dissimilar metal has "fused" these together...I don't know. Has anyone on this list had sucess in remiving a 'stuck' hinge pin. I need so advice to get this out.
